The Saline Stone and Thistle Garden Club collects the following information:

• Member information in the yearbook — for members who have been invited into the Members Only area: name, address, phone, email, birthday (month and day only), photo, and year joined.

Who Can See It

Contact form submissions are received only by the club's designated contact, Catherine, at stoneandthistlegardenclub@gmail.com.

Yearbook information is visible only to logged-in club members with the "member" role. It is never publicly accessible and is not indexed by search engines.

How We Use It

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We use yearbook information to help members connect with each other.

We do not sell, share, or use your information for marketing purposes of any kind.

Photo Consent

Member photos in the yearbook are only included with the member's knowledge and consent. If you are a member and wish to remove your photo, please contact us at the email below.

Your Rights
