Front Garden
The Saline Stone and Thistle Garden Club maintains the library's front entrance gardens, redesigning them annually for seasonal interest and plant variety. The gardens are much beloved by library patrons and staff and bring joy to visitors of all ages.
Peace Garden
Girl Scout Troop 776 originally created the Peace Garden adjacent to the patio. Volunteers now manage this space, maintaining its beauty and purpose as a place of reflection for library visitors.
Rain Garden & Native Plant Detention Pond
The Rain Garden and Native Plant Detention Pond at the library's rear demonstrate environmentally responsible landscaping practices, managing stormwater while providing habitat for pollinators and native wildlife.
Friends Appreciation Garden
The Friends Appreciation Garden occupies the south side of the library along the Brecon trail, a wooded path extending southward from the library. This garden honors the Friends of the Library and provides a welcoming green corridor for walkers and nature lovers.
